  • 4 dl chicken stock unsalted
  • 2 dl dry white wine
  • 2 dl heavy cream
  • 1 net Blue Mussels
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Black peper
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 2 rib Celery
  • 2 Banna shallots
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Knob Butter unsalted
  • 1 Carrot peelde and diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Minst
